Our facility
We are located at 59 Kirby Avenue, Unit 10B, in Dundas, Ontario.
Our fully furnished, spacious basement commercial suite offers a large 800 sq ft classroom/studio space that is ideal for many group activities, two small offices, breakout room and a private wellness/therapy room.
The classroom space currently features a presentation screen and projector, and will soon be upgraded to a large LCD monitor. There is ample modular seating for up to 20, depending on configuration. We have 8 x 6′ tables and comfortable padded folded chairs, allowing the classroom to be configured as needed (U-shaped, theatre/conference seating, table row (classroom) seating, work group seating, debate seating, etc.).
One of the additional small offices is also available for rent on a daily, weekly, monthly or longer term basis.
Amenities include free High Speed WiFi Internet (with separate Guest and Tenant login), kitchenette, and gender neutral washroom. Subject to availability, there is also access to a breakout room and/or wellness/therapy room.

Our site features plenty of free parking, and is right off Highway 8 north of Dundas, just 35 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes from Burlington, and 40 minutes from Guelph.
