A – Alert all other occupants of the building
L – Leave the premises and call 911

- Private entry through steel fire-rated exterior door with commercial keypad entry system
- Separate interior offices have keyed entry
Occupational health and safety
- Ontario small office compliant First Aid Kit (for work locations with 6-15 employees) confirms to Regulation 1101
- Eye wash station
- Alcohol hand sanitizer station
- Sharps disposal in washroom
- Hot and cold water sink in kitchen and washroom
- Facility is inspected monthly, records kept on-site and available to tenants
- Complimentary feminine sanitary products in washroom
